Question / Help Best OBS settings for CS:GO

Hello!
I want to stream CS:GO on my PC, but cant find best settings:S
My PC:
CPU - AMD FX-8350 4.00GHz
GPU - ASUS Radeon R9 270X
Ram - 8GB 64 bit
I have 2 Monitors

OBS Settings:
Bitrate - 2500 Buffer - 2500
Video: Base Resolution 1920x1080
Resolution Downscale - 1.50 1280x720
Filter - Bilinear
FPS - 30
Advanced: Process Priority Class - Normal
x264 CPU Present veryfast
Enconding Profile - main
Stream Platform: Hitbox

Log have only 1 problem: Hook conflict detected????? I stop everything

Resolution: 1024x768 ( Black Bars)
Everything on Low
Fullscreen

Problem is that i dont have much fps in CS:GO with stream i have like 140 and down to 80~ i need like 140+ min. more is better.
I need best OBS settings for max fps and max quality^^ If some can help me <3 If u need more information just say :)

not much to do there except for downscaling even more.

also make sure you monitor your cpu temperatures since 720p30 and csgo with stable ~150fps shouldnt be that much of a problem on the fx8350
