Question / Help Best Local Recording Settings

Hello! I am new to OBS. I have tried many settings to get crystal clear recordings at 60fps but I can't seem to find the best one. Can anyone recommend some settings for me according to my specs? Thanks!

Here is my specs:
CPU: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.0GHz
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: GTX 970
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Screen Resolution: 2560x1440

Post a logfile. If it's dropping frames, either your CRF value is too low (seriously, DON'T set it to 0-1) or you skipped a step of the recording guide.
