Question / Help Best lag-free streaming services.

Hey y'all, we were originally using hitbox.tv but since we're not gaming related we've been forced off it. I was wondering if there were any alternatives that would provide the same lag-free service we've been getting from them. I really want our podcasting network to have a live stream and I don't want to have to deal with laggy Justin.tv or UStream.

Youtube? Lag-free can depend on the time of day, current running festivals, etc. etc. Probably the safest way to make sure everything runs fine would be hosting your own servers!
