Best Internal Capture Card(s) for 2 PC streaming in 1080p ??

I am currently using two PC setup with OBS Studio and NDI. I have been pleased with this as it was very easy to setup, and carried over a great image.

However I am trying now to 'simplify' and 'streamline' the two PC stream setup thinking that moving away from NDI might be better for two reasons;
1) No more GPU to GPU piggy backing. For those that use NDI you know that this (RTMP?) signal is sent from one GPU to another. As I am already pushing my hardware to the limit, this seemingly non-intrusive 3-5% gpu processing may actually be something I want to eliminate for better performance and or lag/keyboard input/; who knows how it may interfere as I am also trying to get better at competitive FPS gaming while Streaming.
2) No more 130 MBPS being ran CONSTANTLY over my network. As you know NDI's high quality image comes with a high bit rate stream that is sent from one GPU (gaming PC) to the other (streaming PC). I feel like again I don't want this information running across my network simply for possible lag it may cause while trying to be competitive in FPS games. With all the uploading, downloading that is already going on while I stream, and monitor the stream I feel like this bulky, constant, network traffic may interfere. Even if it only causes me a few frames lag here or there, or interferes with minor input lag, who knows?? I just feel eliminating this process might help me optimize what I am trying to do.

Now with that being said. I already own an Elgato HD60 Pro internal capture card. I've used it for console game capture, and I plan to also stream consoles in the future. But I've noticed that there is some color loss, vibrancy, pixels, idk... it just feels like there is a bit of image quality lost in the capture. I know I am only able to stream 6kbps as a NON-Partner or Twitch Affiliate rather.... but I want to cram the best quality image into that 6,000 bitrate as possible.

Finally all that being said... I am wondering now which internal capture card, or hell even USB3.0 card, will be the best for capturing my signal from my gaming PC. Is the elgato HD60 Pro capable capturing of HDR? (I don't know what HDR is btw haha) Maybe the signal doesn't look so good because of the 60hz? I am thinking getting a new card, even one that is 4k capable might be the good choice here as they ARE captable of capturing HDR, Higher HZ/Refresh rate, who knows more vibrant colors over HDMI?? I don't know the terminology I am looking for right here or exactly what it is that makes a great capture card for a TWO PC 1080p Streaming setup, but this is what I am looking for. Hope this all makes sense.
Long story short which capture card is going to yield the best quality image for what I am trying to do?

Thank you!!

P.s. is HDR / Tone mapping something that applies to me trying to capture & stream in 1080p?
