I have a Geforce 3090 and a Ryzen 3950x. When recording or streaming DCS (Digital Combat Simulator), I am experiencing a lot of stuttering in the recording. I'm assuming the best solution is to buy a 3rd party encoder, but I have never owned one and not sure where to start. Any suggestions on what would work best with OBS?
