Question / Help Best configuration to 1mb / 768kbs on twitch.tv

Hi, im trying to configure OBS on twitch.tv with 1mbps download and 768kbps upload, but my ping go tooo much high. Can somebody help me with this?

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

i put the bitrare from 1000 to 500 and working a little bit better, but the stream look petry bad :(

Your upstream bitrate is quite low. You're going to struggle to get a great stream on 500 bitrate. I'd suggest something like 360p @ 25fps
