Question / Help Best Bitrate for Intel Core i7 Inside™

A month ago, I tried to put the following bitrate's: 1000, 1500, 3000, 3500, 3800, 3750, 4000, 7000, 10000, 8000, 7500, 8250, 8500, 9500 & 9000.And every bitrate I've tried has always been lagging!Tell me what settings to put if I stream on YouTube!

The bitrate you are able to use is not limited, mainly anyway, by your processor but instead your internet connection speed. Check with an online service such as speedtest.net or speedof.me what is your maximum upload speed. Though unfortunately if even 1000 seems to be too high you may need to try and find an internet connection with better upload for having any chance to be able to stream with decent quality.
