Question / Help Best BF4 settings for Twitch

I want to stream BF4 to twitch but can't seem to get the settings right. I have enough upload (9mb/s) but people are saying the streams are laggy. I have a gtx 560 ti (overclocked) and i5 @ 4ghz and I can play with good frames while streaming but the stream is then laggy

Use max. 2mbps bitrate.

2Mbps might not be the best settings for him. It's hard to tell without more information.
