What is the best 775 socket CPU I can get for streaming games?

some Core 2 Quad CPUs are available on the 775 Socket but I wouldnt even think about investing into such an old System if you cant find an $10 ebay deal

Considering that it doesn't have hyperthreading, you can expect its performance to be around that of an i5 2500, if you overlook clockspeed. Not all that good for streaming anything modern.
