Question / Help Behringer x32 Soundboard Not Working

Can someone offer advice to why our Behringer x32 soundboard audio is not getting picked by OBS via USB? We are running a new mac and the x32 gets picked up by everything else we use- Cubase, Garage Band and Adobe Flash Player.

Which direction of audio is not working? Audio you're playing out to it or audio you're getting in from it?

Coming in- the mac mic works fine with OBS, but for some reason OBS will not pick up the x32- thank you

Did you route the audio in to the usb in the x32's settings?

Yes- the x32 works fine via usb with other programs...

just to clarify, I am using the x32 as my sound board and need it to go through the OSB to Facebook live...
