Beeping sound in obs mic

its in obs, when i closed it the sound stopped, its anoying and i dont think i can make videos with it

Do other apps do the same thing? Audacity, for example. Can you post a recording?

audacity doesnt, also its very late so i cant rn (i've tried in every voice recording program and obs is the one making the beeping)
