Been getting consistent crashes the last 2 streams.

Hi Guys.

I've been getting consistent crashes the last 2 times I have tried to stream, Consistent being at least 3 times during a session. I have no idea what I'm looking at or for in the Crash Logs so I was hoping someone who is a little more clued up on those could point in the right direction of solving the issue.

Crashed again just now, as I tried to switch scenes.

 
There's either a stinger or a filter mask most likely causing the crash, with the third most likely being a color correction.
