Question / Help Beautiful Black Screen

I started doing Let's Plays Recently and, other than the entire video shifting out of the capture zone when I wasnt looking (which I may have fixed) it was going great. Now though, it's not. It took about 10 new Game Captures before 1 mysteriously worked for The Witcher and now I'm trying to get one up for Dragon Age Origins. All I'm getting is an ugly black screen, even though the properties of the Game Capture match the one that was working initially. I tried to put in my Log but it's new and it didnt work, so I'm just going to attach it. It's been hours. Please, I just want to play a game and not have the recording time go to waste...

Its also taken 10 minutes to just upload my log file so that's great

I would love to see a solution to this problem as well. I am trying to stream Dragon Age 2 in DX11 so i can use the highest graphic options. OBS however goes into a blackscreen while DX11 is active. I switch to DX9 and the stream runs great. But DX11 on Game or Display capture doesn't seem to want to work.

I am using OBS Studio 64-bit ver 16 i think
I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Just a bump to this, I just had this horrific black screen with 'Game capture'.

I dont know if it will work for you, but Turn off AA (Antialiasing) int he games Graphics settings. Worked for me.
