Question / Help Beast PC needs help with settings

Hello guys, im very bad at OBS settings. i have a beast PC i bought a few weeks ago and i want to start streaming cs and other games, but i need help to get my settings perfect! :D
setup taken from my steam profile so alot of junk in it aswell:

upload speed: 43 mbps
download speed: 95 mbps

If you're a non-partner, it's still strongly advised not to exceed 2000kbps bitrate to Twitch; going above that point will cause increasing numbers of your potential viewers to constantly buffer.

720p@30fps is the best tradeoff point at 2000kbps between resolution, smoothness, and image fidelity.
480p@60fps is useful if you play retro games that use sprite blitting (flashing them quickly to simulate transparency)
480p@30fps is for those who want extra-high image fidelity and less blocking.

Past that, you can turn down your x264 preset to one step slower, then test for 20 minutes of streaming with active gaming. Keep an eye on your CPU temperature, load, and throttling. The slower the preset, the better your stream will look at a given bitrate. Slower = more CPU used = better compression = better looking stream.
