Question / Help Battlefront II doesn't run if on Directx 12 while OBS i srunning

As stated in the title, I happen to have the problem, that my Star Wars Battlefront II (the new one) stops running, or doesn't even start if DirectX12 is enabled in the games options, and my OBS is running. This causes me to run it on DirectX11, wich slows down the PC, and causes a drop in the Quality. any ideas how to fix?

This is the current log. Apparently the newest Battlefront II Update resolved the issue, but now the video looks very... laggy(?). See for yourselves. So kinda got a new problem. Or maybe it is the same, just two different symptoms.
