Question / Help Battlefield 4 Settings help

My rig-

4770K @ 4.2GHZ
ASUS Z87 Maximus Formula
16GB 2133 RAM
2x 128GB SSD in Raid 0
2 x 770 in SLI

I'm trying to stream battlefield 4 but no matter what my settings are it seems i get a lot of stuttering. In other games like Starbound or Space Engineers I don't seem to get this problem. I included two different log files, that will hopefully help figure out the problem. When I tried streaming tonight with the different settings in the logs I was also getting textures not loading properly...

edit: Looks like i was trying to stream at 1080p60 which may have caused the issue...
Going to try streaming at 720p60 tomorrow. What should my CPU usage be at when streaming and playing?

dont try to stream 1080p with 60 or 120 fps ... holy crap

720p@60 AT MAX or 1080p@30 but that looks kinda crap with fps games.
720p@60 and you will be fine .. bf4 with ultra + streaming probably around 70-80% cpu usage maybe a bit less maybe even a bit more
