Question / Help Battlefield 4 OBS Settings [HELP]

I currently stream to twitch and for some reason, every time I start streaming, every couple minutes or so my FPS drops dramatically for a couple of seconds and then goes back to normal. I had a friend monitor my stream to see if it took effect on my stream and he said that it did.

Can I get some help setting up my OBS to stream Battlefield 4 please? :oops:

It happens with BF4 and there's not much you can do about it I think, it probably just all comes down to OBS' level of settings and BF4's level of settings. They are both running on the same computer so they can interfere with each other if a lot of activity is happening.
