the new version 1.3 is finally available!

Here's a summary of the most important new features:
- new 6€/month subscriptions (already available from the previous update)
- choose whether to play home or away (place your team on the right or left side)
- delete button on every match (only available to Premium users)
- connection status on the scoreboard management page
- graphics improvements
