Basic question - saving scenes to hard drive with name

Please forgive if this is so basic a question I should have found it in FAQ's.

All I use OBS for is to record genealogy webinars (not mine) for viewing later, so I don't know very much about all the ins and outs of OBS. I name the scene, pick out Display Capture, and Start Recording. After I stop recording, when OBS saves my video to my hard drive, it saves it as "date + numeric sequence". To me, the numeric sequence = gibberish.

How can I get it to save as "date + scene name"? In other words, the scene name I typed into OBS before I recorded the webinar. I looked at a couple things in the Help section, but didn't see anything that seemed to answer that question.

See attached picture.

Thanks for any help.

Because of the ease of changing scenes, it's not actually possible to change the name

The date and numeric sequence is actually the date and the time the recording started, and is not actually random or gibberish.

I'm used to time formats using colons, not dashes, and did not tumble to the fact it was recording time, as well as date.

But, there's still no way to change it? Having to physically go into the Videos folder on my computer to rename the video is a pain, and doesn't seem like it should be necessary.

If I could type in the date and name as a scene, and save it that way, it would work. Not as much of a PITA to type in the date when I type in the name as having to rename later.
