Question / Help Base Canvas resolution

First off I'm not having a real issue, but more would I be able to do this. Running Window 10

My base canvas size is 1920x1080 which I cannot change. Is it possible to do this any other way than the drop down menu, as I only have that 1 size available.If I'm recording a window less than that size I get a black area.

Or is there a way to make the Windows capture be the canvas size?

Type it manually, for example 640x480 (or copy/paste).
