Question / Help Bandwith question OBS / OSX or internet problem?

Hallo

I am not 100% sure, where my problem / culprit is, so I try my best to explain what has happened lately.

I have a Mac mini 2018, 32 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD disk, i7 6-core.
I make 1 hr. broadcast to FB live every week via Facebook live permanent stream key.
I have ran OBS 23.x.x.x on Mojave until a few weeks back, where I had 1280 x 720 resolution and 3000 Kbit transfer easily.
Then two weeks ago I upgraded to Catalina and the latest OBS 24.x.x.x (checked today, no new updates)
Since the upgrade, I get very mixed bandwith issues. It drops sometimes down to 200 Kbit for a few seconds and then up again after some time.

Maybe it is a coincidence, but I just want to be sure, that it is has nothing to do with OBS or Catalina, and that it actually is my internet speed that is flakey.
I use 4G, and this morning I tested and got 25 Mb / 25 Mb but one hour later, when the actual broadcast started, I got the problem again.
It is difficult to measure the bandwith at the same time as I broadcast and I cannot break it up in the middle all the time to run speed tests.

My logfile is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/dYcSoA18MnUBu1Vl

Thanks for any input on this.
