Bug Report Bandwidth Problems

Router to Ethernet on this computer, dedicated to streaming only so only 30% CPU usage and my internet allows me to play games without any stuttering or lagging but when I go to stream I drop frames.

Dropped frames are purely a connection issue, and cannot be caused by OBS.

Also, unrelated but remove opencl=true from your x264 settings and burn whatever guide told you to put that in.
