Before I was able to stream with 2500kb/s or 3000kb/s, however, now I get frame drops and bitrate drops to 0-800 after a few minutes. What could be a reason for that? I'm not having my hopes high that it is something on my end - probably provider messin things up. Below you can see my logs, speedtests, etc.

My Twitch Bandwidth Test doesn't gives me more than 2000kb/s on European servers. And I have to note that each time I perform it different servers are better. Once it is Prague with 1700kb/s, but another time it has 800kb/s.
So I guess no streaming with more than 2k for me?
