So I'm trying record rocket league, source file looks good with no pixelation. However once I upload to Youtube, there tends to be some artifacts or pixelated parts. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8GL6KsVTkd8&feature=youtu.be
When I look at other people's rocket league video, it looks way better than mine despite mine also being vp9. I tried 40k bitrate as it is a fast paced game aswell as the recommended bitrate of 20k for 60 fps but it only makes look worse as youtube doesn't even encode in vp9.

my render settings: https://gyazo.com/46f8dbe002b2b4bd095697862b97105a (resample is off and project settings is set to best) .

YouTube is going to re-encode no matter what you give them, doesn't matter if its VP9 or not.

If you're recording rather than streaming, either use CQP or CRF rate control, or if you aren't doing multitrack audio, switch to simple output mode and use "indistinguishable quality, large file size" option.
