Bad video quality

So recently I have started streaming Minecraft on Youtube. It goes well, but the video quality is very bad, In the small screen where it shows what you are recording in Obs, the video is very clear, and has good frames, quality, and speed, but when I look at my stream, the video quality is terrible being very blurry and Pixelated. can anyone help me with this issue?

Post a logfile from a streaming session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue was occurring, as it requests whenever you open a new thread in the Support section.
