Bad video quality

hello everyone my video quality is very poor. i tried with gopro (blackmagic), iphone 11, logitech 920, canon ris 100d. i changed all the settings to obs on the tutorials i saw on youtube but that does not change anything or not much ... I have a MacBook Pro 2015 2.2 GHz intel core i7 quad 16go 1600mhz ddr3 intel iris pro 1536. Is my configuration too low to stream in HD? Thanks
