bad video quality with a good pc

tried flipping settings around a lot, also tried a lot of settings of different people which didn't help. specs 4060 ti i7-14700k, fps set for recording is 180. the overall video quality is bad and is also kinda shaky... can't explain lol. I did read the log and the only thing I understood and noticed wrong was the dropped frames, but the info I found on the forum was regarding streaming and not recording? unless I missed it. changing the bitrate didn't help much, either lowering or hightening. https://youtu.be/OC9RSFXIDw0 is the video and the log file is included.

Set Settings > Video > fps to 60. You set it to 180, which is apparently too much for your setup, since you got about 80% lost frames with that, so your effective fps in the video is 180fps * (1-0.8) = 36 fps.

180 fps is too much for 4060 ti? Really? People with like 1060 do 180 fps no problem.

180 fps is too much, because you used p7 as preset. This is the most resource demanding preset.
The quality is not very good, because you use CBR as rate control and with a too low bitrate for 2560x1440.

To fix it all and use sane values, choose simple output mode, nvenc as encoder and "Indistinguishable quality" as quality. This will give a result nearly indistinguishable from the original. Don't use a bitrate orientated rate control for recording.

Changed the FPS to 120. Helped. How come people do way bigger FPS numbers on way less expensive PCs and have no issues?
