Question / Help Bad video in Record Mode

Hi guys,
I wanna change record software for my youtube channel and I found OBS. It's perfect for me because It has all options I need for fast recording but I have some issues with OBS during recording gameplay. I set webcam, microphone and game capture (720p) with OBS and other recording software and I have fps drop only with OBS (which is my favourite one).
In fact, I can play without any lag or fps drop but the recorded video has some lag. I can't understand why because all other software works greast and I'm recording some indies game with low requirement (Darkest Dungeon) and CS:GO. Game capture lags but webcam and audio work.

For example, I have a perfect record with Dxtory with CS:GO and I made 101 video of Pillars of Eternity with Mirillis Action, but now I wanna work with OBS that is perfect for me.

These are my conf and obs options:

CPU: AMD A6-3500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (3 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
MOBO: ASROCK A75M-HVS SOCKET FM1 AMD A75 DDR3 SATA3 USB MICROATX
RAM: DDR3 CORSAIR VENGEANCE BLUE 1600MHZ 4GB (2X2GB) CL 9-9-9-24
HARD DISK: SAMSUNG SPINPOINT F4 320GB 7200RPM
GPU: AMD RADEON HD 7700 SERIES

CPU Name: AMD A6-3500 APU

The source of the problem. The encoding power of AMD APUs below the A10 family is lacking. You can't really game and record or stream on A8 and down, even with the ultrafast x264 preset.

All you can really do is switch you recording to 30fps, but even that might not help.

Is there any chance of using OBS? I know my conf. is very low but I can record with dxtory and action and It works good but OBS has great options and it's free. It would be great for me.

I changed my OBS options as you can see below. If i set process priority class in High the recorded video is perfect but in game I have fps drop. So I set to normal again and I enable CBR. CBR makes everything good. In my new conf I have a bilinear filter, but I can play and record Darkest Dungeon with Lanczos without any problem too.
