Question / Help bad upload but good network? help pls

Hello. some days ago i was streaming just fine to twitch (720p 60 fps 3300Kbit/s) but now my upload just craps out. idk what this is..

i hope yall can help me fix that problem. idk why its bugging out like this.

are the twitch servers kinda broken? o,O

well. i tried it the last day. now im testing it again and still some of the servers are crapping out

betwen every test is 1 min

Change the test to a 1 minute test and see.
