Question / Help Bad stream quality

hi, im looking for some help, recently i have tried streaming, but when im playing the game the stream turns blurry and pixelated, my pc specs are

intel i5 6500
amd r9 380 msi
8 gb memory

i know it has something to do with the bitrate right now my max bitrate is set at 1000 on the video quality and the buffer size 1000 also
plz help

Can you increase your bitrate and buffer to 2000 each? Try it for five minutes and post an OBS log file from that.

OBS statistics look ok... although you only streamed for three minutes, not five like I asked, so I'm not sure if it counts, but I'll pretend like it does.

Try downscaling the resolution to 1280x720. Possibly change to Faster preset once you've done that. Try that and post a new log file. It should be better then.
