Question / Help bad stream quality with good cpu

The quality of the stream is really bad when my specs are pretty good. I'm not sure if I have to configure OBS or not.

- 32GB RAM
- i7-5820k 3.30GHz
-EVGA GTX 980

Try at 720p30 at 2000kbit instead of 1080p60 at 3500
