After i knew that when i was using hd60s,my image quality was so bad even in obs preview,i got a 4k60 pro.
And now,my preview is as same as what my gaming pc loos like.
But when i stream,my steam quality is still bad and blurry(especially when moving).

no overcoded and internet issue.
is this the best quality i can get?or do i need a more powerful cpu?
when i check other streamers who are only using hd60s,their quality are way better than me.
is that because they are using more powerful cpu so that they can use usage present like slow or slower?

1.Because i am not a partner,twitch limit my quality?So when i can set my bitrate to 8000,thing will get better?
2.I need to buy a better hdmi cable,because i am using the stock hdmi cable
3.i need to get a better cpu cooler,because i am using stock cooler,even though i didn't face overcoded problem?
