Question / Help BAD quality

So i am getting some bad quality recordings on a game that i get
OBS 20.1.3 (64bit, windows) - Profile_ Untitled - Scenes_ Untitled 1_17_2018 12_18_19 PM.png
over 100 fps on while recording. Help?
