I have an i5-3570K @ 4.0GHz and an AMD Radeon HD 7970OC Edition. I attached my output settings I have it set to 60fps but when I put my video into sony vegas it is only 45fps and the quality is really bad and fuzzy.
Use the recording quality presets in simple output mode and play the video back in a decent media player like VLC or MPC-HC. What happens in Vegas isn't relevant when gauging the quality of your output video.
