Question / Help Bad quality when streaming.

I watched alot of vids to get the best quality but on stream it is just bad. Idk how, maybe you guys can tell me better settings or something?

Specs:

CPU: amd fx 6300
GPU Radeon R9 280x
RAM: 8GB
Internet speed 2.80Upload
