https://obsproject.com/logs/36jfbyPc-pbaF2kN is my last log I attempted.

Currently I am trying to stream but no matter how much I tinker with OBS I either get goodish quality and dropped frames or poor quality and good frames.

The last thing I recorded with the settings above was this https://www.twitch.tv/videos/374972550## during the gameplay it worked fine till I started having a busier screen (added effects, larger monsters/Bosses)

can anyone give me some advice to fix my set up?

Game DVR is on, you want to turn that off. Instructions in the signature.

22:20:11.836: [x264 encoder: 'simple_h264_stream'] preset: slower
22:20:11.852: [x264 encoder: 'simple_h264_stream'] settings:
22:20:11.852: rate_control: CBR
22:20:11.852: bitrate: 600
22:20:11.852: buffer size: 600
22:20:11.852: crf: 0
22:20:11.852: fps_num: 30
22:20:11.852: fps_den: 1
22:20:11.852: width: 1152
22:20:11.852: height: 648
22:20:11.852: keyint: 60

600 kbps bitrate seems a bit low.
And "preset = slower" is extremely hard for a FX CPU, and both can and will cause lagged frames, you might want to set ot to veryfast or faster.
