Question / Help Bad Quality despite Upload with 892 kB/s

Hello together,

i wantet to start streaming today with Open Broadcater.
But even with bitrates under 1000 and 720p Resolution i got Lags and the Connection got lost.

This test of exactly 7008 kB took 8.046 seconds to complete
