Question / Help Bad quality but good ping on Twitch Bandwidth Test

My internet is pretty decent but my quality seems to be bad/low.. what could be the cause of this?

"pretty decent" is probably more for general use. Packet loss is too high for it to be suitable for streaming except for stockholm.

speedtest.net is largely irrelevant, as isps actually go out of their way to make it perform as good as possible.

You'd need to choose stockholm as your server in order to get best results.

I tweaked my settings a little and swapped my server to stockholm and the quality seems to be better

dont mind the ping as im playing on NA servers..

also tested my jitter and packet loss

Mid way through packet loss test it just stops and fails.. anyway to fix this on my end.. or only isp? hence i have no access to routers or anything like that and i live in dorms..
