Question / Help Bad quality but good connection..

How is it that when i stream the quality just falls off as well as the webcam... I've been trying my best to see how to fix this but i'm having problems. Can anyone help me set my obs up? I'll also provide a past stream for you guys can see what im talking about. Thanks in advance my friends!

generally after that, it's all x264 preset and bitrate
but you're also using classic which stopped development over a year ago now.
