Question / Help Bad Quailty At Recording Fifa 14

Hello together!
i wanted to record some fifa games, but the quality is not very good from the recorded videos.
what should i change?
my system:
-ASRock Z87M Pro 4
-Intel Core i5 4670K @3.4 GHz
-8 GB DDR 3 RAM (2x4)
-ASUS AMD HD 6970
