Bad picture on recording.

If you can see the video, it has a few seconds. Bad image
I don't do lives, I just use it to record. My lighting is good, as I also use the Zoom application and it doesn't look like this bad image, I don't know what to do. I've been using OBS for 6 months and following a tutorial the image was very nice, I redid all the configuration but it's still pixelated. My webcam is great, it goes up to 2k but I keep it at 1080p here in all settings.

Hi! I would like to take a look at your OBS settings. Could you record a small segment of the video, and then generate a log file as shown in the topic.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

You should use simple or advanced encoder settings, not FFmpeg. There are plenty of guides on youtube.
Also, you can always revert to OBS 27 if the current version is not stable.

sorted out. What you mentioned was the solution, I took the FFmpeg and left it default. Now the image was impeccable, that's what I changed and didn't remember. Thanks so much for the help!
