Question / Help Bad performance/lagg (on good pc).

I keep getting problems when using OBS. Its lagging while using the lowest of the lowest settings.
This while I am using:
i7-4770K
Geforce GTX 970
16GB RAM
But, my hard drive is very budget. Could this be the problem? Should I buy a new hard drive? Or could there be other problems?

Please post a log file for the Well-known members to look at. Also, what are the specs of your hard drive? How much space?
Or maybe it's the current settings that you have on OBS Studio, so how about considering to tell me (or send screenshots of) your settings for OBS?
