Thank you for the log file. Hm, I don't like that unaccounted part of the profiler data. Something seems really weird. Does the FPS drop happen if you have a blank scene? Does it happen if you take out the webcam? Does it only happen with a specific source in the scene?

What are you capturing with your capture card?

I only really notice it when I'm moving in game, the games I've tested are World of Warcraft, Tomb Raider and Rift all the games drop frames drastically when I go live to the point where its unplayable. I'm capturing my desktop I've tried with and with out a webcam but with no improvements.

Does it happen if you use game capture/window capture on your games?

Stick to veryfast for now.
Can you try capturing without your webcam? Make sure to scale scale it down to 480p. since I think you are going to downsize it anyways. Do you have global sources?

You can use that card to either encode OR capture, not both at the same time. Moreover, the hardware encoder looks like crap to be honest.
