Question / Help Bad frame rate on Windows 10

I downloaded OBS on my new computer and tested it while playing a game. When recording just my desktop I had no issues, but when I tried playing a game while it was running, the frame rate on the footage was terrible. Even when playing a game as simple as Roblox. I don't think it has anything to do with computer speed because my computer has 8GB of RAM.
