Question / Help Bad Fps while recording

I use OBS to record games and I don't have a very good graphics card but everytime I record and game it always records in 10 fps is there anything I can do to get this up to at least 30

You are trying to do too much with that GPU. Instead of going for 1080p (1920x1080), go for 720p (1280x720) at 30 FPS.

You need a better GPU, like GTX 1060 6GB or better to do 1080p@60. For a good quality 720p@60, a GTX 1050Ti.
