Question / Help Bad fps on stream but good fps in game.

Alright, so when I stream on twitch.tv, the stream looks like its getting about 10-20 fps (I stream at 30 fps). But when I am playing the game while streaming (CS:GO) I get 60+ fps. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When you say encode and play a game, is that streaming or is that recording?

Yeah but I don't get that because I get 60+ fps in-game

The same process and same amount of CPU time is required to encode for both streaming and recording.

Your ingame fps is meaningless.
