When I did a Mario Kart stream earlier today, the quality of the capture card was terrible, despite the fact that it can record in 720p (maybe 1080p, but I'm not sure.) Now the only reason I know it's not a faulty capture card or something like that is because when I used it on another laptop, it worked fine (at least, when I wasn't trying to record or stream.) But on my main PC, it just came out terrible.
