Bad bitrate with good internet

Hello, good day everyone! :D
Excuse me, I created this post to see if someone could help me with this problem. You see, I've been streaming for a couple of years now, once I had my configuration, I never had any kind of problems related to the bitrate as long as I had a good internet connection. For certain reasons I stopped streaming for about 6 months, yesterday when I wanted to stream again, my OBS gave an unstable bitrate between 500-1500, even dropping to 0 on some occasions. I checked my internet, connected to the repeater via WiFi 5G, 2.5G, then via ethernet cable, then to the modem's WiFi and although some were better than others, they all had an upload speed above 10Mb (except WiFi 2.5G).

Here a screenshot of the connection speed while streaming at low bitrate

Here is my log file, from a 35 seconds stream
https://obsproject.com/logs/IfZFtYRbvPiHp5zg

Also I have already tried many solutions found on YT, such as

• Uninstall Streamelements
• Uninstall and reinstall OBS, only saving my scene collections and profiles
• Lower bitrate
• Lower native resolution and change stream resolution
• Choose host manually
• Change color spaces
• Enable network optimizations and TCP pacing control
• Increase priority to “Higher than Normal”
• Run as administrator and from the taskbar increase priority to “High”
• Stream to other platforms like Restream.io or Kick
• Stream with different broadcast software besides OBS

Even to rule out the possibility that it was my internet, I streamed from the twitch app on a mobile phone connected via 5G WiFi and it worked, with some video errors, but without lag or any other problems.

I don't know what could have happened, the only thing I can think of at this point is that I deleted my graphics drivers and installed the new ones, something could have happened, the drivers were automatically installed with AMD's Adrenalin software with a configuration focused on streaming.

Or maybe my firewall is doing something?

I also called my internet provider and he said that he doesn't have any kind of restriction applied to my network. Although now that I think about it, they changed the modem for a "better" one a few months ago, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I hope you can help me, thank you very much for your time.

Use an Ethernet cable, as in many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
If that doesn't fix it, enable Dynamic bitrate but you need to use RTMP instead of RTMPS. Also follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

Also multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene 'Game'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

Oh I already did that, I used an ethernet cable connected to the repeater, I already did that before having this problem and everything was fine with the stream on those occasions. Also, the 5G WiFi that I have does allow my cell phone to broadcast from the twitch app while being from the same location as my PC.

Shortly after publishing the post I remembered something that I needed to mention, I can broadcast my screen on Discord while on a call, at 30fps and 720p, without any kind of problem or lag. And yes, I already tried to broadcast with that definition and frames per second by lowering the bitrate to 3000 in OBS and it didn't work either. I honestly don't think it's a problem with my internet at this point, it seems more related to my PC, I don't know, some driver or something.

Edit:
About the scenes, I don't think it has anything to do with that either, I already tried to make a transmission with OBS freshly installed, without any scenes or imported profiles, just a black screen and the bitrate was still disastrous. I don't know what's happening, at this rate I'm sure I'll have to delete all the information from my PC :')

Thanks for your answer :)

New update, instead of my PC, this time I connected my laptop directly to the modem with an ethernet cable to stream through OBS and there was also the same bitrate problem, maybe for some reason there is a connectivity problem between my modem and my OBS, I don't know. Tomorrow I will take my laptop to work, use their internet to try to stream and maybe use some other public network that is on my way to work. If it works in those places then it will be time to change the modem/router even if my internet provider says it is not necessary. For now, I will try with an older version of OBS on my PC, in case that is the problem.

New new update hehe
I downloaded an older version of obs, specifically the latest version 29, and now I can stream at a higher bitrate than before, but still not with what I should be able to stream, this is the log

Hmm I'll try something while I was writing this, I installed the version with which I started streaming, I still had the installer hahahahaha, the same as with version 29, improved bitrate compared to the new epro version unstable and low compared to what it should show, log here

First - test network connection speedtest.net show only maximum speed to his server, but you need check to video server.
For this use WinMTR.

Speedtest don't measure RTMP protocol which is used for streaming.

To the OP
A repeater is a wi-fi connection. You need a direct to the router/modem cable if you want an stable stream connection.
In the log shows that you have a capable 1Gbps network adapter but is only using 100Mbps which means you have an issue in there, probably caused by the repeater if it's only 100Mbps network, the cable if it's not a 1Gbps capable one like a Cat 6 network cable, or the network adapter driver limited at 100Mbps which you can change on the network adapter driver settings (consult the manual) to be full 1Gbps. Or a combination of all of this.

To better measure your connection against Twitch servers you can use this tool: https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and shows network problems.

Also, you should set 1 scene with al least 1 source to do tests.

You were rigth guys, is my provider network :'), I recentrly tried with the network in my workplace and the streaming was super fluid, no framedrops, not bad bitrate :')
Can I fix that by changing my router or I neet to talk with my internet provider? ... Or a new one? LOL

First check WinMTR (save results), next call to provider, say about bad results. Some times provider don't know about problems.

Kinda solved, the internet provider changes the router, the stream bitrate is low but with 200mb up it kinda woks hahahahaha
