Bad birate although my upload speed is fine

Hello everyone, im just trying to test out how to stream on YouTube with obs but I have some problems.
My laptop is Lenovo Gaming LOQ 15IRX9, my wifi connect is quite stable (300 mbps upload), and I don't think my laptop is weak either. But when i try to stream (especially 3D games) the birate is so slow (not even reach 1000 although i set it 6000 in settings) and the frame is drop too. Is there any way that I can fix this problem?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
