Background within a source

Hello,

Apologies if this thread has already been created but I'm in a bit of a rush. I'm producing a "play" online where I'll be capturing my screen and having actors read their lines on a Zoom call. I'd like to be able to overlay a backdrop within the Window Capture source. I'm aware that there is a feature on Zoom where people can have a virtual background but some of the actor's devices aren't compatible to use such features.

Is this possible in any way? TIA!

You can't remove someone's background in a window capture of a Zoom call, no. Not unless all the actors are front of a green screen that you can chroma key out.
